Hi Andy
Great vehicle could please give more details about the Equipment that it carries?

Added by Jassim on 19 September 2008.
Hi Jassim....
It will carry the normal equipment used on a Pumping Appliance, but also Hazmat equipment such as Gastight suits, decontamination shower, chemical detection equipment, and also onboard computer equipment for liasing with other agencies.

Andy - who does hazmat disposal in the UK? Is it a fire service responsibility, or does some other service agency deal with it?

In many countries, fire services need to have transporters and/or tankers too - so they can complete cleanup...
