Aram: A great night-shot of an impressive, big rig.

At a guess, it's Pump must put out around 1500 gpm (6, 000 litres/minute) water. It's Tank Capacity is 2200 Imp Gals (2640 US Gals) for us of the Non-Metric [;-(

6 x 6 Drive; big load of water; and the open, simple Pump Compartment, so that you can see everything that is going on - would love it for Rural Fire Department....

Thanks. You are a true expert! I have checked, the maximum output is 6000 litres/min. It has 400 HP/ 294 kilowatt. This vehicle also has a watercannon on its roof (you can not see it here), the maximum output of that is 2500 litres/min. They say that this truck was developed from and for the Vienna fire department.

Aram is probably right, it's a Steyr ... but MAN own Steyr, so it's a MAN in all but name. Steyr was an Austrian make, so it would smooth things over politically to make sure the truck is badged as a Steyr.
