YD52 TWW. Mercedes - Benz Econic ALP with Bronto Skylift F32 RL booms. Under going standard tests on the forecourt of York Fire station, North Yorkshire.
Wow thats interesting, half my family is in Saint John! I'll be there in July, hopefully pop into the fire station. Any photos of NB vehicles? Small world huh! Dave
FYI: Believe the E-One Bronto is at Station 1, off King Square - learned of her, from the mechanic at the City Barns, who was working on her, with E-One tech reps, to get her in service.
The Quint [ARP/CARP] is at Station 5, in the North End.
Rothesay Regional Fire Dept., now renamed Kennebacasis Valley Fire Dept, as they serve the towns of Quispamsis & Rothesay on a shared budget; is still spec'ing out their first Aerial - it has to have a low height for the CNR Overpass at Model Farm Road. They checked out Amherst FD, [Nova Scotia] Sutphen Aerial, which fits under a low CNR Overpass there.
Have some NB/NS shots stashed; will sort them and send in, this winter. Currently, have to get the firewood in, and other winter preparations. Could really use Pavel's and BombaBoy's ambient temperatures right now (<;)
And, on vintage cobble-stone paving here.....
And, I must get down to see our nearby Saint John, New Brunswick new E-One Bronto - it cost $ 1.3 Million Canadian ( 860, 000 Euros )
