Hi brian, smart pump. How many have grampian got of this type?

Hi Mark Grampian have 2 07 plate MAN TGL, s like this. One is at Maud the other at Inverbervie. Hope this helps.

Still think the Scania is the one to beat in this livery.....

this look more like a toy than an a full size pump, sorry, just my opinion !

These are actually still quite large appliances, these are bigger than all the previous MAN fire engines due to a lack of space in the rear of the crewcab. There is now also one based at Station 38 Lossiemouth. Even though they have no LED lightbar it is really good and it has a powerful siren!

I share your opinion too john, Devon & Somerset have recently aquired a TGL, based at Colyton, Devon and it doesnt look good at all - even more toy-like than this. Devon have been buying MANs for over 10years and theyve been really good (there are still many 1995 M Reg 10.224s on the fleet and are still going strong) but these TGLs dont look tough enough with those big wheelarches and tiny wheels

As for the livery, although it looks good, red is the colour it should be. However, its nice to see something a little different
