THERE IS ONE RELAXATION VAN BASED IN EACH DISTRICT (10)
THEY ARE USED DURING LONG INCIDENTS, THE STAFF CAN USE THE VAN TO RELAX, TAKE SHOWER, GO TO RESTROOM AND SIT DOWN.
THESE VANS ARE ALSO USED DURING BIG CROWD EVENTS IN TOKYO, CONCERTS, FESTIVALS, DEMONSTRATIONS, THE STAFF CAN THEN CLIMB ON THE ROOF TOP AND HAVE AN OVERVIEW OF THE EVENT AND STAY FOR A LONG TIME ON THE SCENE.
