Do we have any information as to the date of this photo?

It would seem to be rather early in the history of the AFS, possibly 1938 or 1939, given the helmet markings and the obviously improvised "doggy" towing truck...

Could be any time from 1938 to 1941. Given the white line on the TP I would guess post 3/9/39. Respirators have been issued and worn.
