Eindhoven new Hydraulic Platforms

On April 10th 2005 one of two new Hydraulic Platforms was presented to the fire department of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This means that after 15 and 18 years of loyal service the WRL's will disappear from the fire department.
The Hydraulic Platforms are made by DAF (CF75) and have three axels and a larger cabin. The bodywork was made by Hilton Engineering BV, Maastricht (The Netherlands).

Most characteristic fact is that these Hydraulic Platforms are able to reach 34 metres. This is a record in The Netherlands!

These kind of hydraulic platforms are very normal in Holland and Europe. But you are right, they are impressive.

Pretty impressive rig!!! I like it a lot. You don't see any of these rare rigs in the States.
