Scania/SK Fire HP Hong Kong

This Scania is only Hong Kong three axle Hydraulic Platform (HP). Possibly the HKFSD are experimenting the HP on 3-axles. Bodywork is by SK Fire,Singapore. Reg.no F381. Base station: TSW.
