EBB 304 was the last one to have ben on the run, and the only one that was fited with (an albeit prety useless) blue beacon.
It's seen here at the old East End statiuon which used to be on Headlam Stret,

1937 Leyland FK7 pump delivered to the City of Newcastle upon Tyne in March, 1937.This was one of three delivered with concecutive running registrations being EBB302/EBB303, and EBB304.

If you know, what is the size of the pump on this appliance? Did it have a water tank and first aid reel? What was the standard crew on a pump this size? A beautiful looking vehicle.

The water tank is under the back seat c40 galls. You can see the hose reel through the rear cab opening.

Apologies for the typing errors in the caption I put to this shot. It's a new computer, and the keyboard is extremely spongy - especially on double letter, eg: been, fitted, etc. The computer itself seems great, but I do need to get a new keyboard.
