Buckinghamshire GMC youth training vehicleAn unusual recent second-hand purchase by Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue for use by their youth training scheme is this American GMC foam tender. S579 UNT apparently came from Essex Fire Brigade where it was used at an airport but I have found photos elsewhere online of it in service with PPG Paints of Stowmarket. It brings back memories of the broadly similar Chevrolets used by Buckinghamshire and other brigades in the 1990s and was photographed at Olney fire station.
