Ladder 12 is in service with the Christiana Fire Company of Delaware. It's all-volunteer crew is known as the busiest Ladder crew in the state of Delaware.

Officially it's called a Roto Ray. These were popular a number of decades ago and are back in fashion in several Eastern US states: Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia. DC has some too.
The famous Ahrens-Fox pumpers of Rotterdam had them originally.
When I was a kid in Philadelphia in the late 40s and 50s, all the Philadelphia trucks had Roto Rays.
