1991 Duxford rally. This appliance appears elsewhere on this site (picture #5500)but here is a rear view, with the unusual deep locker behind the door showing. See also picture #5519 for comments, and picture #6491.

Duxford 1991,yes I remember it well and a great rally it was always.This actual ex-ESFB Landrover RT is still in preservation today and I only photographed it again last year in East Sussex at a rally.

For most of its working life duing the seventies and early eighties this vehicle was used as a lighting unit based at Lewes, if my memory serves me correctly the call sign was india zero one.
