1991 Duxford rally the then brand new Essex Pinzgauer, the first of the 8 they owned. This is Carmichael engineering. See also picture #3255 and picture #17467.

Nice shot of this Pinzgauer. I really appreciate the posting of this photo. It's a beautiful truck.
They are impressive I have seen these in use at many incidents, I will upload some pictures later of these vehicles rescuing pumps out of bogged fields.
This vehicle is still with Essex as a reserve off road vehicle and is currently on the run at Dunmow.
Excellent off-road vehicles. Essex currently have four, based at Manningtree, Burnham-on-Crouch, Billericay and Great Dunmow. They have only ever had four available at any one time and are now on their second batch of four.
