Nice pic Mike.I took a pic of a dennis parked up in Glasgow a few years ago painted grey,with what i can only describe as a boxvan body fitted,still carrying blues and twos on the roof.The registration was ERH 678Y,was this a pump rebodied or was it a specialist appliance from new.Any idea, Cheers.

ERH 678Y was a Dennis SS133/Dennis Water Ladder purchased by Humberside in 1983. I have no idea where it was based, perhaps someone will be able to pass on that information.

ERH 678Y was with Humberside then a works appliance at Accordis on the Humber Bank - it was then sold to a sound engineer from Glasgow who intended to convert it to a mobile sound stage for use at events nationwide - can you post the pic Tommy ?
