Shand Mason FulwoodAnother fully working Shand Mason, This is owened and run by Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service.Fulwood is the location of Brigade HQ near Preston. The picture was taken in 2008 at the Cumbrian Steam Gathering. It is along side the Cheshire Shand Mason CITY OF CHESTER, both usually attend the rally togethr each year, good to see two steamers working.
