Rock City Old Timer1950(?) something Chevrolet, unk. fire mfg. This apparatus is on display at Rock City. Throughout the Southern USA, there were barn roofs painted "SEE ROCK CITY". It is a tourist feature near Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is a trail going through several different rock formations on top of Lookout Mountain. So, if you are ever near Chattanooga, See Rock City!
This fire app. apparently used to be used for the Rock City Vol. FD. The store across from Rock City used to have a fire station attached to it and this truck was there. Now it is protected by the Walker County Fire Rescue station nearby.
