1964 P Austin FFK110/Den Hartog.This somewhat unusual vehicle which I photographed I think in 1988 is a 1964 Austin for the Hendrik-ido-Ambacht Fire Brigade in Holland.The chassis was exported to Holland and body built by a Dutch firm for service in Hendrik-ido-Ambacht where it served all its operational life with this brigade.It finally went out of service in 1986.It was purchased direct from the brigade for preservation in the UK(re-reg.KPK 382C)by Phil Beattie of Godalming in Surrey,England.

Those Netherlands and Belgium builders have turned out really attractive rigs over the years; I always look forward to the latest Pics here, of so many, safely in preservation.
And, this one is a neatly done Front-Mount Pump, too !
