FDNY Tower Ladder 21 seen passing through Time Square, Manhattan. There were no crew in this appliance and looked like a mechanic driving, possibly on its way to or from workshops.
Paul,for information on Ladder Co21 check out my (picture #5843) photo on site,also picture #19112 / picture #19113 shows the same apparatus. Thats why I didn't add any info to your picture.Pete.
