East Sussex, Wadhurst early 1980'sThis picture shows the two machines stationed at Wadhurst in the early 1980's. The D series Dennis NNJ282M was the first away - call sign Lima 15, the Bedford JPM336D was call sign Whisky 15. Also see
picture #19655 Shortly after this photo was taken, the Bedford was removed, and probably moved to the reserve fleet or was retired. The Dennis became the second away and was replaced by a new Bedford CSV (crew safety vehicle) RYJ424X
