Picture of Perth Medium pump/Heavy rescue

Until 2005, the Fire and Rescue Services Authority of Western Australia
had only one rescue vehicle: an elderly Austral. Mainly because of
increasing calls to road accidents, that fire brigade decided early 2006
to reequip four medium pumpers to 'medium pumper heavy rescue' and to
buy one completely new.

The 'Fire' decal is quite large. The grille section is quite rare from the other Scania. Can you tell how long do the Austral fire appliance in service with the brigade?
