The WP58 on the door stands for 'Wilayah Persekutuan' or in english Federal Territory (FT).So this means this appliance is stationed at fire stations which is situated at the FT area.Possibly at Kuala Lumpur.

Yes it belongs to Hang Tuah fire station; KL.
By now most of the fleet have the new id number sceme so it should be KL/PST/11
