Note that before going on the run at Worthing as 2nd appliance - call sign 0112 - this appliance was reregistered HX06 GMO, which as been a theme since Scanias first started replacing Dennis appliances in West Sussex. All operational appliances went on the run with registration plates commencing with an H, but several scanias from 2003 onwards were originally registered with R plates - has anyone got a full list?

I've got the list Jon Godden wanted. This first list is of the eight new Scania's that are scattered around the county.

HX06 OMH {Worthing's 1st Away},HX06 GMO
{Worthing's 2nd Away},HX06 OMJ {Crawley's 1st Away},{Crawley's 2nd Away},HX06 GZB {Horley's 1st Away},HX06 OML {Horsham's 1st Away},HX06 GZA {Chichester's 1st Away,HX06 OMK {Bognor Regis 1st Away}.

This second list is of the older Scania's.

HX53 WNV {Worthing's 3rd Away}, HX04 UMV {Horley's 2nd Away}, HX04 UWZ {Midhurst's 1st Away}, HX04 WGD {Bognor Regis 2nd Away}, HX04 UWU {Haywards Heath's 1st Away}, HX53 WNU {Hurstpierpoint's only pump}.

Also four new scania's have arrived at the county's workshops, and should join the fleet very soon.
