Steyr-Puch/Daimler Super G/JDC 4X4 West Sussex

1990/2000 Steyr-Puch/Daimler Super G/JDC 4X4 of the West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service photographed at Bognor Regis Open Day on Aug 23rd,2008.These vehicles are used in a multible of roles,grass fires,animal rescues,the technical rescue team,and this one based at Bognor Regis-as a Command Support Unit.

I understand that this vehicle is no longer a Command Support Unit having had its red/white chequered band removed, its now been reverted back to a 4x4 multi
purpose unit like many of the others.The reason I understand for this is because
as of Monday, 6th October, a new Incident Command Unit has gone on the run at the
station in Bognor(its a Ford-no other info or photo yet)Regis.
